Delete your Tallgrove account

How to ask

1. In the Tallgrove Parent app: open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
2. Or by email: write to hello@tallgrove.co.uk from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Tallgrove account".

We confirm within 2 working days and finish within 30 days. Any paid time left on your account ends when it is deleted.

What we delete

• Your parent account, sign-in details and settings
• Your children's profiles, paired devices, learning records, tutor notes, scores and reports
• Lesson transcripts and help-chat messages

What we must keep

• Payment and tax records: 6 years, as the law requires
• Safeguarding records: kept in line with statutory guidance, which can mean until the child is 25 or longer

Voice recordings are never kept: spoken answers are turned into text and the audio is deleted straight away.

You can also delete only some data (for example tutor notes or transcripts) and keep your account. Ask at the same address. See our privacy notice for details.
